MENSAGEM #335 Uma Gota de Agradecimento O mês de Elul é um período de introspecção. Devemos pensar sobre o que podemos estar fazendo de errado nas nossas vidas e nos comprometermos a melhorar. O Rabino Moshe Alechsandrov contou que costumava ver seu mestre, Rav Yisrael Meir Kagan, conhecido como o Chafetz Chaim, chorando muito durante Elul. Em uma ocasião, antes de Selichot, ele ouviu o Rabino se repreender dizendo, "Yisrael Meir, será que você agradeceu Hashem o suficiente por ter lhe dado Sechel (intelecto) para escrever seu livro, Sefer Chafetz Chaim?
